More nerves...

It seems I spoke too soon in my optimism. Mom S is going in for bypass surgery tomorrow morning at six. She has the "widowmaker", a clot in the upper fork of the left carotid artery. Terrible place to have one, but a good place to be able to remove it. I'd better take a lot of yarn and big needles with me. My tension is going to suck tomorrow, but who cares, as long as the doctor comes out of surgery with a smile on his face...

Thank you to everyone who sent good wishes and prayers, they've been relayed and are appreciated by all of us.

Many prayers for her! Many prayers for your sis-in-law too. She needs God to keep her in line, no? Or at least to keep others from not wanting to kill her.

PS: Nice to see you tonight, hope to see you Sunday!
