My thanks and hugs to all of you for your prayers and wishes with regards to Mom S. After what turned out to be a quadruple bypass, she's off the ventillator and talking with visitors. The sister-in-law is still being a hag, but as long as Mom's okay, I don't really care.
This is going to be quite the yarny weekend! Gotta stay up late tonight for care and feeding of the newspaper press, so I should manage to finish the doodle bag. You will note that I am failing to hold my breath. Tomorrow is our monthly trip to the prairie, which means many hours of spinning, singing and chatting with interesting people. Not to mention a great lunch!
Sunday will cap said yarny weekend with a meeting of our knitting group. Coffee and yarn, man. Throw in some chocolate, and you've got a perfect day. Himself and I will be spending a large chunk of the morning at the hospital; maybe I should knock out a pair of bed socks...?
